On this page, I'll include one or more sets of instructions that may help others get involved in or become more proficient at my hobby.

I'll try to make my instructions easy to scan, but also as specific as possible. Where appropriate, I'll include pictures that illustrate the steps. Here's an example of format I might use for an instruction page:

QRP Station on the Go.

The following is a QRP 40 Meter Station on the go. As you can see is all setup in one place and ready to go. Either for Camping, to the Beach or any special event. Its all attached and place in the board as shown; also an amplified speaker on the same board not shown here. Basiclly is a plug and play including the lighter and batteries connectors.

Also everything with the exception of the power supply is MFJ and the speaker not shown here. The power supply is only 2.5 Amps. enough for the Amplified speaker, MFJ CUB, MFJ Econo Keyer and the Miniature Travel Iambic Paddle.

As you can see i found an old Camera Stand perfect for travel; just snap on the antenna or wich ever one you have and get on the air. In this case is also the MFJ 40 Meter QRP Whip antenna. Just a few modifications for setting the antenna in place like shown and your on the air in less than a few minutes!

Here you can see the antenna connector wich is a snap on type and the still coiled ground cable attached and hanging to the base where the Antenna connects to the Coax ready to be streached for use. The good thing about using this camera stand is the swivel part where you can actually adjust your antenna into any position from vertically, horizontally or on an angle.
